What Ahorio is

Ahorio is household memory: you capture bills, receipts, and documents, confirm the extraction, and Ahorio reminds you of due dates, prices you paid, and changes. It is not a bank, a supermarket comparison site, or a tax advisor.

Data we may process

Account: name, email, and, if you use Google, Apple, or Facebook, the data that provider sends for sign-in.

Household: country, currency, supermarkets you pick, and language.

Captures: photos, PDFs, and text or fields from reading (merchant, dates, amounts, lines). Nothing is saved as fact until you confirm on Review.

Product use: alerts you see, exports you request, and consents (learning from purchases, suggested lists).

Technical: approximate IP or hosting country headers to suggest a country, plus data needed to run the app.

Why we use it

To provide the service: remember, detect, alert, and help you decide from evidence you stored.

To read documents with AI vision when a provider key is configured, so we can propose fields. The model can be wrong; you review.

Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not sell your history. We do not build ads from your purchases. We do not share your individual history with merchants.

Processors and third parties

Hosting: Vercel.

Sign-in: Google, Apple, and Facebook, only if you choose those paths.

Document reading: OpenAI, when you send a photo or PDF to digitize. They receive the image or page needed to return structured fields.

We do not control those parties’ policies. Use each only if you accept their processing.

Retention and your rights

We keep what the household needs while the account exists, or demo data on this device. You can export JSON from Profile → Data. You can delete the account and data on this device in Profile → Delete account. If any server records remain, write to privacy@ahorio.com.

Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, and portability. Write to privacy@ahorio.com.

Minimum age: 13.

Transfers

Cosmos Digital Ventures LLC is in the United States. If you use Ahorio from another country, your data may be processed in the U.S. and on processors’ infrastructure.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, we will note a new date on this page.
